About Partum Studio
Partum Studio is a Sydney-based architecture and interior design practice specialising in residential architecture, multi-dwelling developments, and end-to-end project delivery across NSW and VIC. We work with homeowners, investors, and developers who want considered design and clear commercial thinking to exist in the same project, not in tension, but in service of each other.
Our work is grounded in collaboration. We take the time to understand how our clients live, invest, and build, then translate that understanding into environments that are functional, comfortable, and deeply personal. Whether we are designing a custom home in Sydney, delivering a townhouse development in Melbourne, or guiding a dual occupancy through the DA process, the measure of success is always the same: does the space perform, and does it endure?
We believe architecture should elevate daily life. Through a careful study of light, shadow, proportion, materiality, acoustics, and spatial flow, we design homes and interiors that feel intuitive and restorative. Our projects are crafted to hold both life and value, spaces that support families, enhance communities, and perform commercially.
Partum Studio was founded on the belief that great architecture and smart development are not opposing forces. They are the same pursuit, approached with the same rigour. Our experience spans custom homes and private residences, knockdown rebuilds, dual occupancies, townhouse and multi-dwelling projects, interior design, and custom furniture design. We manage DA and CDC applications across NSW, and planning permit applications across VIC, from initial site analysis through to permit approval and construction documentation across both states. The projects we are most proud of are those where design ambition and commercial thinking have pushed each other forward, rather than one compromising the other.
What sets us apart is the depth of our involvement. We are not a studio that hands over drawings and steps back. We engage early, stay close to the process, and see every project through from the first conversation to the last detail on site. Our clients get one team, one consistent voice, and a practice that genuinely cares about the outcome.
