A softly layered hospitality and residential project designed for the tropical landscape of Koh Phangan, Thailand.

The proposal combines a gelato workshop and retail experience at street level with a private duplex retreat above, opening toward a rooftop pool immersed within the surrounding palms and coastal atmosphere.

The project explores the relationship between hospitality, living, and landscape through warm materiality, soft textures, filtered light, and open-air spaces designed to respond to the rhythm of island life. A restrained palette of natural finishes and carefully framed moments creates a calm, immersive environment balancing both retreat and social connection.
