Regent is a council-approved development of four contemporary townhouses in Belmont, one of Geelong’s established residential suburbs.

The site was sourced off-market by Partum Studio for a development client, with our team engaged from the earliest stages to assess its development potential and establish a clear strategy for acquisition, planning and delivery.

Partum Studio undertook the initial site assessment and development feasibility, carefully testing the zoning, site coverage, minimum garden-area requirements and local property market. This process established the maximum appropriate yield for the site: four considered homes that balance commercial viability with residential amenity, functionality and architectural quality.

The project demonstrates Partum Studio’s integrated Development Advisory service in practice. Site sourcing, feasibility, planning strategy, project management, architecture and interior design were brought together within one coordinated team, allowing commercial and design decisions to inform one another from acquisition through council approval and delivery.
