Two homes sit side by side without competing, each with its own street address and entry sequence. Clean forms, a curved upper level and warm timber cladding soften the built form and respond to the coastal setting, while layered planting ties the two dwellings into a single calm composition within the streetscape.

Designed, documented, coordinated and approved by a private certifier in just under five weeks, Rhodin demonstrates how a well resolved CDC pathway can move a Central Coast dual occupancy from concept to construction certificate without the delay of a development application.
